Staff365 are recruiting for a Office Administrator on a 12 week temp – permanent basis for our client located in Rotherham.

Salary: £11.50 phr – Paid weekly

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 07:30 -16:00pm

Responsibilities;

  • Answering the telephone, general reception duties and assisting in the daily running of the office.
  • Checking the driver paperwork is accurate and correct.
  • Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Sending out correspondence to customers.
  • Processing and producing invoices.
  • Administration duties include extensive data inputting, filing, keeping staff records up to date and ordering in stock / stationery.

Skills/Experience required;

  • Good Communication skills.
  • A good telephone manner.
  • Computer literate and familiar with most Microsoft packages.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
  • An excellent Eye for detail.
