Office Administrator
Staff365 are recruiting for a Office Administrator on a 12 week temp – permanent basis for our client located in Rotherham.
Salary: £11.50 phr – Paid weekly
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 07:30 -16:00pm
Responsibilities;
- Answering the telephone, general reception duties and assisting in the daily running of the office.
- Checking the driver paperwork is accurate and correct.
- Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone.
- Sending out correspondence to customers.
- Processing and producing invoices.
- Administration duties include extensive data inputting, filing, keeping staff records up to date and ordering in stock / stationery.
Skills/Experience required;
- Good Communication skills.
- A good telephone manner.
- Computer literate and familiar with most Microsoft packages.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
- An excellent Eye for detail.
