Welder Fabricator

Staff365 are recruiting for a Fabricator Welder on a 12 week temp – perm basis on behalf of our engineering client located in Barnsley.

Salary: £15.00phr + Overtime paid weekly

Overtime paid at 1.5 over 40 hours and Saturdays, Sundays paid at 2.0

Hours of work: 7:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday & 7:00 – 13:00 Friday

Responsibilities;

• Fabrication and welding (MIG) of medium to heavy steel structures
• Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Safe operation of hand tools
• General housekeeping of the fabrication bay

Experience required

• Previous experience of working within a fabrication role is essential
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Previous experience of MIG welding essential
• Able to work in a safe manor and comply with all HSE onsite
